We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, enhancing the customer experience, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, digital marketing expertise, and a strong understanding of e-commerce operations in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms (website, online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
Oversee product listings, including creating compelling product descriptions, optimizing images, setting competitive pricing, and managing inventory.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is displayed on all platforms.
Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with IT/development teams for enhancements.
Digital Marketing & Sales Growth:
Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other performance marketing initiatives.
Analyze web traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve site performance and user experience.
Customer Experience & Operations:
Enhance the end-to-end e-commerce journey for customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.
Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
Oversee order fulfillment processes and ensure timely and accurate deliveries by coordinating with logistics partners.
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, new business opportunities, and competitive strategies.
Prepare and present reports on e-commerce metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Logistics, and IT to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and marketplace representatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of proven experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role, preferably in India.
E-commerce Platforms:
Proficiency in managing major e-commerce platforms and familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
Digital Marketing:
Strong understanding and practical experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
Analytics:
Proficient in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
Data Analysis:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in regional Indian languages is a plus.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactiveness:
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce.
