We are looking for a smart, organized, and motivated individual to join our e-commerce team. This role involves managing day-to-day operations on Amazon, handling customer queries, processing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Ideal for someone looking to build a career in the fast-growing e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support (Amazon):
Respond promptly to customer messages, queries, and complaints on Amazon Seller Central.
Maintain high customer ratings and performance metrics.
Order Processing & Management:
Monitor and process daily orders received on Amazon & Other Platforms.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely packing and dispatch.
Update order status and tracking information as required.
Inventory & Listing Management:
Maintain accurate stock levels for Amazon listings.
Maintain the Inward and Outward dispatches of E Commerce.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of how Amazon Seller Central works (training can be provided).
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
Comfortable using computers, Excel/Google Sheets, and email.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
0-1 year of experience in e-commerce or customer service (freshers welcome).
Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
