Xcalibur Woodford Tooling Pvt Ltd is part of a long-established woodworking tooling group serving craftsmen and retailers across the UK, EU and US. We operate a strong portfolio of ecommerce channels and are now looking to strengthen our team with a capable Ecommerce Executive who can help expand our marketplace performance.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Executive with a solid background in Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts across UK, EU and US marketplaces, along with a good understanding of Amazon advertising. This role is fully remote within India, with a strong preference for candidates based in or near Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central for UK, EU and US stores Handle product listings, variations, uploads, keyword optimisation and content updates Monitor account health, performance metrics and compliance requirements Plan, create and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands and Display Conduct competitor analysis, pricing updates and marketplace research Manage stock levels, FBA shipments, replenishment planning and reporting Coordinate with internal teams for catalog accuracy, marketing inputs and customer support queries Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Support wider ecommerce activities as needed

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

managing Amazon Seller Central Strong working knowledge of

UK, EU and US Amazon marketplaces

Experience with Amazon Advertising / PPC is essential Ability to analyse data and make strategic improvements Excellent written and spoken English Strong organisational and time-management skills Based in India, preferably

Mumbai region

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
