About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

Amazon Ecommerce Associate

to join our team at Exotic Wood Zone. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's Amazon storefront and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on

Amazon Seller Central

, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize listings for maximum visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Amazon Seller Central account. Create, maintain, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content). Monitor sales reports, product rankings, and marketplace trends. Research and implement new strategies to boost visibility, conversions, and overall store performance. Track and manage inventory levels, product pricing, and competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, logistics, and customer support. Assist in managing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns and promotional activities. Prepare and present regular performance reports and growth plans.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with

Amazon Seller Central

. Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, product listings, and optimization techniques. Knowledge of keyword research, SEO, and Amazon advertising (PPC) preferred. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and

Google Sheets

. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong communication and coordination skills with a collaborative work approach.

Performance Goals

Increase product visibility and ranking on Amazon. Consistently improve conversion rates and overall sales growth. Maintain smooth coordination between listing, inventory, and advertising functions.
