E-commerce Executive with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
to manage day-to-day operations, listings, pricing, promotions, and performance tracking. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and Amazon support to drive sales growth and ensure smooth account operations.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Account Management
Manage Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central accounts end-to-end
Handle product listings, catalog creation, variations, A+ content, and brand registry
Ensure listing accuracy (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, compliance)
Order & Inventory Management
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock planning and replenishment
Track FBA / FBM inventory levels and raise replenishment plans
Pricing, Promotions & Deals
Manage pricing, discounts, lightning deals, coupons, and promotions
Coordinate during major sale events (Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, etc.)
Monitor Buy Box performance and competitor pricing
Coordinate or support Sponsored Ads (Products, Brands, Display)
Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations (keywords, bids, budgets)
Compliance & Issue Resolution
Handle Amazon tickets, claims, and escalations
Ensure account health, policy compliance, and resolve violations
Coordinate with Amazon support for operational issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing/E-commerce preferred)
1-3 years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience
Strong knowledge of Seller Central / Vendor Central
Understanding of SEO for Amazon listings
Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads is a plus
Good analytical and Excel skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
