Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor client Amazon accounts to ensure optimal performance. Create, update, and optimize product listings with relevant keywords, titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms. Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and product availability. Run Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and optimize for better ROI. Analyze sales performance reports and make data-driven decisions for growth. Coordinate with design and content teams to develop engaging A+ content and brand storefronts. Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback on the Amazon platform. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and procedures to avoid penalties or suspensions. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for clients and internal review.

Requirements

Proven experience of 1-2 years in managing Amazon Seller Central/AMS. Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization, FBA/FBM processes, and A+ content. Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaigns and data analytics. Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Analytics, etc. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Experience working in an e-commerce/digital marketing agency. Knowledge of other marketplaces like Flipkart, Meesho, or Myntra is a plus.
