Account Management team

at our

Mumbai office (Andheri East, Chakala)

and be a part of our exciting growth journey.

Role: Ecommerce Executive only from Jewellery Industry

The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of

seller account operations

on various marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Product listing - identifying and uploading top-selling SKUs Creating and optimizing

A+ content and product listings

Coordinating and managing

FBA shipments

Providing inputs for pricing files and strategies Daily inventory and price updates Ensuring Buy Box placement for all listed products Processing orders and managing fulfillment Handling returns and processing refunds Managing seller ratings and customer reviews Handling disputes and escalations Planning and executing promotions Ensuring compliance with trust and safety standards Managing WFS (Warehouse Fulfillment Services) Adhering to all marketplace Seller Account policies Creating and maintaining sales and account health MIS reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
