We are searching for a highly skilled and results-driven
E-commerce Email Marketing Specialist
to take ownership of our email marketing channel and drive significant revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of
2+ years of dedicated experience
in e-commerce marketing, with a deep, hands-on expertise in the
Klaviyo platform
. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our end-to-end email marketing strategy, from acquisition to retention.
Key Responsibilities
Klaviyo Management (MUST):
Serve as the subject matter expert for
Klaviyo
. This includes platform setup, segmentation, integration with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), and advanced reporting.
Flow & Automation Development:
Design, build, and maintain sophisticated automated email flows (e.g., Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-back, Customer Loyalty, etc.) to maximize conversion and lifetime value (LTV).
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan, segment, build, test, and deploy daily/weekly promotional and informational email campaigns based on the content calendar and business objectives.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
Conduct rigorous A/B testing on subject lines, body copy, creative assets, send times, and audience segments to continuously improve key metrics (Open Rate, Click-Through Rate, Conversion Rate, Unsubscribe Rate).
Segmentation & Personalization:
Develop advanced audience segmentation strategies within Klaviyo to ensure highly relevant and personalized messaging for different customer lifecycle stages and behaviors.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor, analyze, and report on email performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
List Health:
Manage list hygiene, monitor deliverability, and implement strategies to minimize spam complaints and maintain high sender reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of
2+ years
of hands-on experience in E-commerce email marketing.
Klaviyo Proficiency (Non-Negotiable):
Expert-level, practical experience with
Klaviyo
is mandatory, including:
Building and managing complex flows and triggers.
Advanced segmentation and personalization features.
Setting up custom properties and data syncing.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template adjustments is a plus.
E-commerce Acumen:
Proven track record of driving sales and LTV through email marketing for a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brand.
Data-Driven:
Proficient in data analysis and translating metrics into strategic recommendations.
Soft Skills:
Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creative content.
