Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients using
Klaviyo
.
Build automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) to enhance customer lifecycle marketing.
Segment audiences effectively for personalized and targeted communication.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue) and optimize accordingly.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging email templates.
Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and send times.
Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and Klaviyo features.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
email marketing for e-commerce brands
.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
is mandatory.
Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies.
Experience analyzing email performance data and improving KPIs.
Ability to write and edit persuasive, on-brand email content.
Candidates from
Delhi (preferably Dwarka or nearby areas)
will be highly preferred.
