Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute & optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns via
Klaviyo
Develop automated flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Re-engagement, etc.)
Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign conversions and engagement metrics
Build segmented audiences for personalized messaging and customer journeys
Craft data-driven retention strategies to maximize CLTV and revenue
Monitor performance KPIs (OR, CTR, Revenue, Unsub, Deliverability, etc.)
Work closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality email content
Ensure compliance with email marketing rules and best practices
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Ecommerce Email Marketing
(Must)
Strong Klaviyo experience is mandatory
Experience managing
international ecommerce brands or projects
Prior experience working in a
digital marketing agency
(preferred)
Good understanding of email automation strategies for ecommerce brands.
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to write compelling email copy (preferred)
