to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience scaling eCommerce brands through performance media, understands the full funnel, and can manage budgets with a focus on return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and scale paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant ad platforms.
Manage daily ad spend across multiple brands/products, adjusting strategy based on performance data.
Develop and implement testing frameworks (A/B creative, copy, audience targeting, placements, etc.).
Monitor key performance indicators including ROAS, CTR, CPA, AOV, and LTV.
Create and manage custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels.
Collaborate with the creative and brand team to produce high-performing ad content.
Set up, monitor, and maintain tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters).
Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
Keep up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
