Role Overview:
The E-Commerce Dispatch Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end dispatch and logistics operations for all e-commerce orders. This role ensures timely, accurate, and cost-efficient order fulfillment while maintaining high operational standards and smooth coordination among internal teams and external logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete dispatch cycle, including order processing, packaging, labeling, and shipment.
Coordinate effectively with warehouse and courier partners to ensure timely order deliveries.
Monitor and track shipments, resolving any logistics or delivery-related issues promptly. Ensure adherence to packaging, labeling, and documentation guidelines as per company standards.
Maintain and analyze daily dispatch reports, performance metrics, and courier performance.
Optimize dispatch processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with inventory, operations, and customer support teams for smooth order management.
Handle escalations related to delayed, misplaced, or returned shipments.
Supervise and train dispatch team members to ensure adherence to SOPs and productivity standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in e-commerce dispatch or logistics management.
Strong understanding of dispatch operations, courier integrations, and inventory coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce dispatch tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
