E Commerce Dispatch Assistant

Job Description
1. Basic knowledge of computers is a must.
2. Product listing and assisting for product shoots.
3. Work closely with Logistic partners - checking of courier charges, COD payment
reconciliation, SLA breach working, TAT reports
4. Co-ordinate with team and logistics partners for smooth dispatches.
5. Knowledge of case raise, claims, A-Z claims, Returns for various panels.
6. Updating All Channels Sales Reports & Inventory management as and when required
