Digital Marketing Lead/Manager
who can take full-funnel ownership of growth, ROI, and brand visibility.
Role Summary
Own and execute the
end-to-end digital marketing strategy
-- from campaign ideation to performance optimization. This role combines analytical rigor with creative thinking to drive traffic, conversions, and retention across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
Key Responsibilities1) Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across
Meta Ads (FB/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads
, and
Zepto Media
.
Manage and optimize
ACOS, TACOS, CTR, ROAS
, and overall
cost-per-conversion
.
Run
A/B tests
for creatives, keywords, and landing pages.
Oversee ad budgets, pacing, and daily performance dashboards.
across Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Identify and collaborate with
influencers (micro & macro)
for authentic product storytelling.
Coordinate with designers & video editors to produce thumb-stopping creatives and reels.
Integrate AI-generated creatives (Runway, Veo, OpenArt, etc.) to boost campaign visual quality.
5) Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Build daily/weekly dashboards for campaign KPIs.
Use
Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Brand Analytics
, etc., to monitor performance.
Optimize ad funnels based on insights -- top-of-funnel traffic, add-to-cart %, conversion %, and repeat %.
Present monthly performance reviews with actionable insights and growth plans.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a D2C or marketplace brand.
Proven success managing ?2-10 L+ monthly ad spends with consistent ROI.
