We're now scaling our digital presence across performance marketing, influencer outreach, automation, and brand storytelling -- and seeking a

Digital Marketing Lead/Manager

who can take full-funnel ownership of growth, ROI, and brand visibility.

Role Summary



Own and execute the

end-to-end digital marketing strategy

-- from campaign ideation to performance optimization. This role combines analytical rigor with creative thinking to drive traffic, conversions, and retention across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

Key Responsibilities1) Performance Marketing



Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across

Meta Ads (FB/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads

, and

Zepto Media

. Manage and optimize

ACOS, TACOS, CTR, ROAS

, and overall

cost-per-conversion

. Run

A/B tests

for creatives, keywords, and landing pages. Oversee ad budgets, pacing, and daily performance dashboards.

2) Marketplace Growth (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Zepto)



Collaborate with marketplace teams to plan

event campaigns

(BBD, Prime Day, Freedom Sale, Diwali). Optimize

product visibility

,

keywords

, and

sponsored listings

. Monitor

competition pricing

,

ads

, and

category trends

. Track & improve

sales velocity, reviews, and conversions

through digital interventions.

3) D2C (Shopify) & CRM Automation



Drive

traffic, retargeting, and remarketing

through Facebook, Google, and email/WhatsApp automation. Build customer journeys using

Interakt, Brevo, Klaviyo

, or similar tools. Set up email drip sequences, WhatsApp campaigns, and retention flows. Track

Shopify analytics

: traffic sources, cart abandonment, repeat customer rate.

4) Content, Social Media & Influencer Marketing



Oversee

content calendar

across Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest. Identify and collaborate with

influencers (micro & macro)

for authentic product storytelling. Coordinate with designers & video editors to produce thumb-stopping creatives and reels. Integrate AI-generated creatives (Runway, Veo, OpenArt, etc.) to boost campaign visual quality.

5) Analytics, Reporting & Optimization



Build daily/weekly dashboards for campaign KPIs. Use

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Brand Analytics

, etc., to monitor performance. Optimize ad funnels based on insights -- top-of-funnel traffic, add-to-cart %, conversion %, and repeat %. Present monthly performance reviews with actionable insights and growth plans.

(Veo 3, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT). Basic understanding of

Shopify theme editing

Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication. 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a D2C or marketplace brand. Proven success managing ?2-10 L+ monthly ad spends with consistent ROI.
