We are a fast-growing e-commerce company with multiple product SKUs and hundreds of marketing campaigns across different platforms. Were looking for a Data Analyst who can help us make data-driven decisions by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales and marketing performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled at interpreting data, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data from Shopify, marketing campaigns (mainly Pinterest), and other sources to identify trends and opportunities.
Generate weekly performance reports on KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer acquisition costs.
Monitor advertising campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on conversion rates, AOV, and ROI.
Conduct and analyze A/B tests and product experiments to guide marketing strategy.
Perform competitive analysis using research and competitor monitoring tools to benchmark performance.
Prepare and deliver weekly summary reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Maintain organized data records and, if possible, build simple dashboards or automations to streamline reporting.
Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of data analysis experience, ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
Hands-on experience with Shopify reporting and Google Analytics.
Excellent communication skills able to translate data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
Experience with SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI for advanced reporting.
Previous work with large SKU counts or high-traffic e-commerce businesses.
