Key Responsibilities
Analyze
sales, inventory, and marketing data
across multiple eCommerce platforms.
Build and maintain
dashboards & reports
to track KPIs (sales, traffic, conversions, returns, etc.).
Perform
reconciliations
of sales, payments, refunds, and logistics data.
Identify sales trends, customer buying behavior, and opportunities for growth.
Support
pricing, promotions, and campaign performance analysis
.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for data-driven decisions.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across marketplaces and internal systems.
Provide actionable insights to improve
website sales, product listings, and ROI
.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Data Analyst (preferably in
eCommerce/retail
).
Strong knowledge of
Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Google Data Studio)
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and present insights clearly to management.
