Reply to

on reels, posts & ads Handle

customer queries

, product questions, order status & return/refund support Manage

email support

(tickets, escalations, follow-ups) Coordinate

call escalations

with senior team Maintain

fast response time

& high customer satisfaction

2. Revenue & Sales Growth



Convert leads from

DMs, WhatsApp & comments

into sales Recover

abandoned carts

Improve

COD confirmation rates

Upsell & cross-sell products Identify customer pain points to improve conversion

3. Operations & Reporting



Work with warehouse team for order/ND R follow-ups Highlight customer complaints to improve product quality Share

daily support report

(queries handled, issues resolved, conversions) Maintain internal CRM/Sheets

Skills Needed



Excellent written & verbal communication Fast typing + fluent English & Hindi Experience with Shopify, WhatsApp CRM, Meta Inbox Problem-solving & conflict resolution Understanding of sales & customer behaviour Ability to handle pressure and large volumes of messages
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
