Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Query Handling
Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Provide accurate information about products, orders, delivery status, returns, and refunds.
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications.
Order & Return Support
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team for order dispatches and deliveries.
Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints in line with company policies.
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers until resolution.
Sales Support
Assist customers in product selection, size guidance, and purchase decisions.
Share product images, catalogs, and offers with customers when required.
Convert inquiries into sales opportunities wherever possible.
Data & Reporting
Maintain customer interaction records in CRM/Excel.
Track daily queries, issues resolved, and escalations.
Share weekly reports with management on customer satisfaction and common concerns.
Process Improvement
Identify repeated customer issues and suggest improvements in products/services.
Collaborate with other departments (E-commerce, Logistics, Finance) for quick resolutions.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in customer support (freshers with good communication can also apply).
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving attitude.
