We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international e-commerce organization.

You will handle customer queries and complaints via email with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email on time. Maintain quality communication and ensure customer satisfaction. Work with the team to resolve complex cases. Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Shift Types Availability:

Total Work from Office

Split Shift (First Half Work from Office, Second Half Work from Home)

Overtime Work from Home (After Regular Office Hours)

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce customer support (email). Basic English skills - must be able to read, write, and speak in English. Must be a graduate. Willing to work long-term (minimum 1 year commitment).
