We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy E-Commerce cum Social Media Executive to manage our online sales platforms and digital presence. The ideal candidate should be skilled in e-commerce operations, social media handling, and basic digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
Manage company listings on e-commerce platforms and website
Update product details, pricing, images, and descriptions
Process online orders and coordinate with logistics and operations teams
Monitor sales performance and generate basic reports
Social Media Management
Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and schedule regular posts, reels, and promotional content
Handle customer enquiries and messages through social platforms
Assist in running digital campaigns and promotions
Digital & IT Support
Coordinate with designers and marketing team for creatives
Maintain basic website content and updates
Support online lead generation activities
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in IT, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
Experience: 1-3 years in e-commerce or social media management preferred
Knowledge of social media tools and basic digital marketing
Basic skills in Canva, MS Office, and email handling
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
