Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated BDA to join our team. The successful candidate will be placed at elite locations such as malls, corporate offices, and high-end societies to interact with prospective donors. The primary responsibility will be to explain our organization's mission and work, and to raise resources such as funds and donations.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage Prospective Donors:Proactively approach and engage with individuals at designated locations, providing them with information about our organization and its impact.
-Present Our Mission:Clearly and passionately communicate the mission, goals, and accomplishments of the organization to potential donors.
- Raise Funds and Donations: Encourage and secure financial contributions, donations, and other forms of support from individuals and corporate entities.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with donors, ensuring a pleasant and informative interaction.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed fundraising targets set by the organization.
- Report and Record: Maintain accurate records of donor information and contributions, and provide regular reports to the fundraising manager.
- Promotional Materials: Distribute promotional materials and answer questions about the organization's projects and needs.
- Event Participation: Participate in fundraising events and activities as required.Qualifications:- Experience: Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management
Manage and operate all e-commerce portals including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Tata 1Mg, etc.
Handle product listing with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
Track orders, returns, and replacements promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and update inventory levels across all portals.
Coordinate with courier partners and handle shipping/delivery issues.
Generate and analyze e-commerce sales reports.
Accounting & Inventory
Maintain and update all order and inventory records in Busy software.
Record and reconcile daily sales, returns, and payments from all e-commerce portals.
Manage vendor and stock entries in the system.
Ensure data accuracy for accounting and e-commerce reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
Proficiency in Busy accounting software.
Strong knowledge of product listing, order tracking, inventory management, and return handling.
Good understanding of online marketplace operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
