We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused E-Commerce CRM Specialist to join our E-Commerce team at Meena Bazaar. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions across all digital touchpoints, ensuring timely resolution, smooth order flow, and an exceptional customer experience for both domestic and international customers. A strong command over communication, problem-solving, and CRM processes is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer queries via email, chat, and phone.
Handle domestic and international customer calls with professionalism and clarity.
Resolve order-related concerns including returns, exchanges, payments, and delivery issues.
Maintain and update customer data accurately in CRM systems.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce teams for timely issue resolution.
Monitor order statuses and proactively reach out to customers when required.
Assist with product listing, inventory coordination, and order management when needed.
Utilize Shopify for customer/order-related tasks (preferred).
Track recurring customer issues and support process improvements.
Work closely with the digital and operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in E-commerce CRM / Customer Support roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle high-volume interactions with patience and efficiency.
Experience working on Shopify (preferred).
Understanding of product listing, inventory processes, and e-commerce operations.
Basic knowledge of graphics or coordination with the design team is a plus.
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
