We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
E-Commerce CRM Executive
to handle inbound and outbound calling for our online store. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, confirming orders, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
related to customer orders, queries, and complaints.
Assist customers in placing orders, checking order status, returns, and exchanges.
Provide accurate information about
products, offers, and delivery timelines
.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for
order dispatch and delivery updates
.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update details in the
CRM system
.
Follow up with customers for
feedback, order confirmation, and payment-related queries
.
Escalate unresolved issues to the senior team or relevant department.
Ensure a
high level of customer satisfaction
and maintain brand standards during every interaction.
Support in building strong customer relationships and retention through effective communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
0-2 years of experience in
customer service or calling process
(e-commerce experience preferred).
Excellent
verbal communication skills
in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on
CRM tools and MS Excel
.
Positive attitude, good listening skills, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in
E-commerce or online retail customer service
.
Knowledge of
order management systems
or
Shopify CRM
tools (added advantage).
Fluency in additional regional languages is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.35 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
