Looking For E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, JioMart, and company-owned websites. The role involves coordinating listings, product content, pricing, promotions, and ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, updates, and optimization across all e-commerce platforms. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance) to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment. Monitor stock levels, order status, and delivery performance to prevent delays or cancellations. Create and maintain product content including images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing. Analyze online sales data, traffic reports, and customer feedback to improve sales performance. Plan and execute promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and promotional strategies. Coordinate with marketplaces for new product launches, deals, and visibility improvement. Ensure all product pages are SEO optimized and aligned with brand standards. Handle customer queries and escalations related to e-commerce orders. Generate periodic reports on sales performance, returns, and platform-wise growth.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) Good analytical and Excel/reporting skills Attention to detail and organizational ability Effective communication and coordination skills Understanding of digital marketing and online merchandising Basic knowledge of SEO and online advertising is an advantage

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / E-Commerce or related field 2-4 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations (preferably in FMCG or retail industry)
