Role Overview:
As an E-commerce Coordinator Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our online sales channels and operations. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to various aspects of e-commerce, including website management, product listings, order fulfillment, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Ensure all product information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images, is accurate and up-to-date.
Write compelling and SEO-friendly product descriptions to enhance visibility.
Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stock discrepancies.
Assist in categorizing products and organizing the online store for an optimal customer experience.
Perform quality checks to ensure all product listings meet the required standards.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align product listings with promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
Understanding of Shopify.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
