Role Overview



The E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online presence across major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and others. The role ensures smooth operations, accurate listings, data-driven decision making, and coordination with internal teams to drive online sales for FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities



1. Platform Management



Manage and update product listings, images, content, pricing, and keywords across e-commerce platforms. Ensure product visibility and compliance with platform guidelines. Monitor stock levels and maintain healthy inventory across all online channels.

2. Sales & Performance Monitoring



Track daily sales, conversions, traffic, and other KPIs to improve performance. Maintain high fill rates and ensure products remain in stock. Identify factors affecting sales and activate corrective measures.

3. Promotions & Marketing



Execute platform-led promotions, discounts, and ad campaigns (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Ads, etc.). Coordinate new product launches and ensure timely activation of offers. Work with the marketing team on product content, creatives, and brand visibility.

4. Operations & Order Fulfillment



Coordinate with warehouse/supply chain teams to ensure smooth order processing. Monitor returns, cancellations, and operational issues to minimize losses. Liaise with platform managers for resolving listing, payment, or operational discrepancies.

5. Data & Analytics



Analyze sales data, customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Identify growth opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration



Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and category teams for timely execution of all e-commerce requirements. Assist with internal documentation, planning, and coordination.

Essential Skills



Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, FMCG industry trends, and online sales processes. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards). Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital marketing, and content management. Hands-on experience with e-commerce back-end portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.). Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple platforms and work under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in FMCG or food-related e-commerce roles. Familiarity with quick commerce apps like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc. Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce store management tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
