So join our team, work hard, and watch as your efforts have a direct impact on thousands of HP Employees and millions of customers around the world.Role Overview:As a Personal Systems Product Category Operations Specialist, you will support the product setup, PO forecasting, development and distribution of pricing sheets, create and support ad-hoc reporting for the hp.com US consumer PC category team. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.Responsibilities:

  • Support publishing of consumer PC POR (Plan of Record).
  • Work with cross-functional teams and customers to submit POs.
  • Provide functional support of key operational tasks for Consumer PC team.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance solutions capabilities.
Education and Experience Required:
  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years marketing analytics and/or product management experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Advanced analytics abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Preferred experience using common programming languages - eg SQL, Python.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding of Consumer PCs, eCommerce and/or Digital Experience.
