Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business across marketplaces and D2C platforms. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing platform operations, optimizing product listings, planning promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and D2C website
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and content management
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Sales & Revenue Growth
Own P&L for online channels and drive topline growth
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive sales, and platform-led events
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for scale and optimization
Marketing & Performance
Work closely with marketing teams on digital campaigns (ads, SEO, content, creatives)
Optimize conversion rates through improved product pages, A+ content, and customer reviews
Analyze traffic, sales funnels, and customer behavior
Analytics & Reporting
Track key metrics such as GMV, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and inventory turnover
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Use data to drive pricing, assortment, and promotion strategies
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with marketplace account managers and external agencies
Collaborate with internal teams including finance, marketing, and operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per month
