Job Title:

E-Commerce Catalog Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

E-Commerce Catalog Executive

to join our team. You will be responsible for managing product listings across platforms such as

Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho , Nykaa

, and more, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Knowledge:

Must be familiar with

Amazon

and

Flipkart

operations.

Order Processing:

Efficiently manage orders from multiple e-commerce platforms.

Product Listing:

Create, update, and optimize product listings as per platform requirements.

Reports & Finance Support:

Prepare and handle reports for the finance department.

Return Management:

Track, process, and control product returns end-to-end.

Ticket Handling:

Raise and follow up on support tickets, including return claims.

Communication:

Maintain clear and professional oral & written communication.

Market Insights:

Monitor account health, ad campaigns, product performance, and market trends to improve sales strategies.

Experience & Skills:

1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers may apply

only if eager to learn and adaptable

. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Details:

Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on interview performance)

Working Days:

6 days/week

Timings:

10:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Work Mode:

On-site (Not Work-from-Home)
