to manage and update product listings, process orders, and coordinate dispatches across online marketplaces and our website. The role includes creating, editing, and maintaining catalogs to ensure accurate product details, pricing, stock, and images.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload & manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, and company website
Ensure product titles, descriptions, specifications, prices & images are accurate and updated
Monitor and update stock levels to reflect current inventory
Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch with courier partners
Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches, pricing updates & promotions
Audit listings for errors, missing details, and compliance issues
Track catalog performance and suggest improvements to boost visibility & conversions
Remove or update discontinued/out-of-stock products on time
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
Strong attention to detail & accuracy in data handling
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good communication & coordination skills
Prior experience in catalog management/e-commerce operations is a plus
