We are looking for a proactive and confident Calling Executive with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in customer communication, order verification, and handling basic customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls for
order confirmation
,
address verification
, and
pre-dispatch checks
.
Handle inbound customer queries related to orders, shipping, returns, and product details.
Follow up with customers to reduce
RTO
, cancellations, and undelivered orders.
Maintain accurate call logs and update internal systems (Shopify/CRM/Excel).
Resolve escalations professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth order processing.
Meet daily targets for calls, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in customer calling (E-commerce calling experience preferred).
Excellent spoken communication skills
in Hindi & English.
Strong persuasion and customer-handling ability.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Shopify, e-commerce CRMs, or order management tools.
