We are seeking a result-driven

E-Commerce Business Manager

to take complete ownership of our Shopify-based mobile accessories brand. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations as well as driving business growth through performance marketing, inventory control, process optimization, and team management.

The ideal candidate will handle Facebook (Meta) ads and reporting, improve revenue, AOV, and customer satisfaction, and work closely with dispatch and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment. You will be responsible for preventing overstock and stock-out situations through accurate demand forecasting and restock planning, reducing RTOs, reconciling payments, and preventing operational leakages.

This role also involves hiring and managing interns or executives, building scalable processes, optimizing ads daily, hunting and launching new products, and coordinating with logistics aggregators to ensure smooth deliveries. The candidate should be hands-on, data-driven, and capable of running the business like an owner.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete Shopify store operations end-to-end Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook) ads daily Track and report performance through MIS and dashboards Drive revenue growth, improve AOV, and reduce RTOs Forecast demand and manage inventory to avoid overstock, dead stock, and stock-outs Coordinate with dispatch team and logistics aggregators for timely order processing Reconcile payments and prevent financial leakages Hire, train, and manage interns/executives to streamline operations Identify new product opportunities and manage restocking of high-selling SKUs

What We're Looking For:
