We are seeking a dynamic and experienced eCommerce Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence across various marketplaces, enhancing our SEO and PPC efforts, overseeing social media strategies, managing brand image, and driving overall sales and ROI. The eCommerce Head will also coordinate graphic design and campaign efforts to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:
Oversee and manage product listings, promotions, and pricing across all eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
Optimize product visibility and ranking on each platform.
Ensure accurate and consistent product information and inventory levels.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Management:
Plan and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through continuous analysis and adjustments.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
Social Media Management:
Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Create and schedule engaging content across all relevant social media channels.
Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms and marketing materials.
Coordinate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
Keywords Management:
Identify and manage relevant keywords to improve product visibility and sales.
Monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Implement keyword strategies in product listings, ads, and content.
ROI and Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of eCommerce activities.
Provide regular reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Recommend and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.
Other Responsibilities:
Goal Setting and Tracking
: Establish and monitor key metrics related to Gross Revenue, Marketing ROI, Customer Acquisition, and Customer Retention.
Performance Marketing and Customer Acquisition
: Lead all initiatives in performance marketing and customer acquisition, aligning them with product, category, and brand strategy.
Customer Segmentation and CRM
: Develop and implement customer segmentation models and CRM strategies to enhance Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
Technology and Product Development
: Oversee the development of our tech products, including the website and mobile site, driving the product roadmap in collaboration with the tech team.
Data Analytics
: Create a robust data analytics engine to leverage consumer, channel, and product insights for driving key metrics.
Brand Awareness and Sales Growth
: Increase brand awareness, promote top products and categories, and build effective marketing and sales funnels.
Marketplace Expansion
: Expand our eCommerce presence and marketplace business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce management or a related role.
Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, and social media management.
Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics and best practices.
Experience with keyword management and brand management.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Familiarity with graphic design principles and software is a plus.
Passion for scaling a B2C brand significantly over the next two years.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drill down into details.
Hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing and marketing ROI management.
Enthusiastic about working in a high-paced, exponential growth environment.
Driven by daily sales numbers, daily ROI, and optimizing funnels to improve metrics.
Strong understanding of consumer journeys and expertise in applying A/B testing to optimize funnels.
