We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Ecommerce Business Development Coordinator / E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales-to-order cycle, hands-on experience in sales order and purchase order creation, and expertise in generating daily and weekly MIS reports. This role requires excellent coordination with multiple suppliers and seamless collaboration with the logistics and sales teams. The candidate should possess strong business development acumen and advanced skills in MS Excel.
Candidate Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
Experience in ecommerce order processing
Able to reconcile and analyze MIS reports

Responsibilities:
Sales-to-Order Cycle: Manage and optimize the complete sales-to-order cycle for efficient order processing
Sales/Purchase Order Creation: Accurately handle creation of sales and purchase orders
Advanced MIS Reporting in Excel: Generate, reconcile, and analyze daily/weekly MIS reports using advanced Excel techniques; present actionable insights for business growth
Business Development: Identify and pursue new ecommerce business opportunities; support partnership and customer acquisition strategies
Supplier Coordination: Foster strong relationships and regular coordination with suppliers
Team Collaboration: Work closely with logistics and sales teams to facilitate efficient operations
Process Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes and workflows
Startup Attitude: Adapt quickly, multitask across projects, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
