to manage the billing, invoicing, and financial documentation process for our online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate invoices for ecommerce sales orders on platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Website, etc.).
Maintain records of invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes.
Ensure compliance with GST and other taxation norms in ecommerce billing.
Reconcile daily sales reports with payment gateways, marketplaces, and accounting system.
Coordinate with the accounts team for accurate data entry and month-end closing.
Generate MIS reports on sales, billing, and receivables for management review.
Support in audits and provide necessary billing documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in billing/accounts (preferably ecommerce).
Knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel
Understanding of GST, TDS, and ecommerce taxation.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ecommerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
Familiarity with payment gateway reconciliation.
Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy.
