We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused
E-commerce Business Development Executive
to join our growing team at
Value For Sellers Private Limited
. In this role, your key responsibility will be to
bring in new e-commerce seller accounts
(Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), pitch our account management and cataloging services, and help onboard sellers to our platform. This is a front-line role that blends sales, client onboarding, and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
New Seller Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential sellers who can benefit from our end-to-end e-commerce account management and cataloguing services.
Lead Generation:
Generate leads via cold calling, WhatsApp marketing, social media DMs, field visits, and references.
Pitching Services:
Confidently explain our services, including account setup, product listing, A+ content, photography, advertising, and day-to-day management.
Seller Onboarding:
Guide clients through the complete onboarding process including KYC documentation, account creation, and initial catalog upload.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with sellers for upselling and cross-selling future services.
Target Achievement:
Work towards monthly targets for new account acquisitions and successful onboarding.
Market & Platform Knowledge:
Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and updates on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate closely with photography, catalog, and support teams to ensure a smooth seller experience post-acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in E-commerce Account Management or Sales will be preferred.
Good understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Excellent communication & convincing skills (Hindi & English both).
Self-driven and comfortable working with monthly targets.
Good follow-up and CRM habits to maintain the sales pipeline.
Positive, go-getter attitude with passion for e-commerce industry.
Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and basic internet tools is a plus.
