We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team and manage all aspects of our ecommerce and B2B operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings across ecommerce platforms and B2B accounts.
Create, edit, and optimize product content, titles, descriptions.
Coordinate with the design team for social media creatives and post content as needed.
Prepare regular reports and performance summaries using Excel/Google Sheets.
Handle customer inquiries and follow-up on B2B leads via email.
Ensure timely updates of inventory, pricing, and product details.
Requirements:
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
