About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicate effectively to provide customer support, including calling customers to confirm orders, verify addresses, manage failed deliveries, and handle return to origin (RTO) orders.
2. Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platform.
3. Collaborate to create engaging and effective promotional campaigns, such as video creatives.
4. Assist with customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues received via email.
5. Monitor and enhance website performance to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
6. Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners for product sourcing and fulfillment.
7. Contribute to the overall e-commerce strategy and initiatives aimed at driving growth and profitability.
