Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, images, content, pricing, and inventory across multiple marketplaces and the company website.
Handling inventory & logistics for timely order dispatch and delivery.
Oversee order processing and manage returns and exchanges efficiently.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis: Track e-commerce performance, analyze trends, and provide insights for operational improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) and external vendors to optimize operations.
Ensure accurate invoicing and order processing on e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation of payments from e-commerce portals.
Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials as per purchase orders.
Prepare GRN and update stock records in the system.
Maintain accurate inventory with proper stacking and labelling of materials.
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations & Inventory Management.
Good knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, Healthkart, Netmeds, Retail Sale etc.).
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in CRM tools like Shopify, Zoho, Hubspot, Inventory Modules etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
