Key Responsibilities
Seller Account Management
Oversee daily activities on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and JioMart seller accounts.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain account health.
Listing Creation & Updates
Fix and optimize existing product listings.
Create new listings with accurate product data, images, and descriptions.
Upload products in bulk using templates and ensure catalog consistency.
Ad-hoc Operational Work
Perform miscellaneous tasks requiring knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Support data entry, reporting, and documentation as needed.
Marketing Support
Assist in sending bulk emails and responding to generic customer queries.
Support promotional activities and basic digital marketing tasks.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of
MS Office tools
(Excel proficiency preferred).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart).
Attention to detail in product data entry and catalog management.
Good communication skills for handling queries and team coordination.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to ad-hoc requirements.
Preferred Skills
Experience in e-commerce cataloging or seller account operations.
Knowledge of bulk upload templates and listing optimization.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and email communication tools.
