Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

Handle customer queries and complaints via chat, email, and social platforms Manage returns, refunds, and order tracking Ensure a smooth, positive post-purchase experience
Ads & Campaigns

Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Monitor performance and optimize creatives, audience, and spend using AI tools Collaborate on content strategies to boost sales and engagement
Inventory & Supplier Coordination

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking Ensure accurate product listings and pricing across all platforms Liaise with warehouses or fulfillment partners for timely delivery
AI & Automation

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, Canva AI) to: Generate product descriptions, emails, and ad creatives Automate customer support replies and ticket routing Forecast inventory needs and ad performance Identify and implement new AI solutions to streamline e-commerce workflows

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or digital marketing Strong written communication and organizational skills Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite Experience using or willingness to learn AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, ad automation platforms) Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
