We are looking for a motivated, curious, and execution-focused
E-commerce Growth Executive
to join our fast-growing
Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)
business.
This role is ideal for
freshers or early-career professionals
who are eager to learn, highly proactive, and capable of quickly understanding new tools, platforms, and growth strategies. You will gain hands-on exposure to how modern D2C brands are built and scaled.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing growth initiatives across D2C channels including brand website , online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart etc ) and quick-commerce
Support day-to-day management and optimization of online storefronts (Shopify, or similar platforms)
Work on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention initiatives
Analyze sales, traffic, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to launch campaigns, offers, and product initiatives
Track campaign performance, SKU-level metrics, and funnels, and prepare regular reports
Monitor competitor activity, D2C trends, and emerging tools
Continuously test, learn, and implement improvements based on insights

Eligibility & Experience
Freshers are encouraged to apply
0-2 years of experience in E-commerce, D2C, Digital Marketing, Growth, or Business roles is a plus
Educational background in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields preferred but not mandatory
Internships, academic projects, freelancing experience, or hands-on exposure to e-commerce platforms will be an advantage
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart
Introductory knowledge of digital marketing channels including paid ads, influencers, email, and WhatsApp marketing
Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Awareness of the D2C startup ecosystem and consumer brand trends
