About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated

E-Commerce Account Manager

with strong experience in

platform-based seller management

and

accounting compliance

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of

e-commerce platforms like Meesho, Flipkart Amazon etc

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage seller accounts on platforms like

Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, etc.

Handle product uploads, order tracking, return disputes, catalog optimization Manage e-commerce reconciliations and payment follow-ups Communicate professionally with e-commerce portals and clients Maintain accurate records and reports for sellers

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any specialization.

Minimum 6 months experience in E-Commerce Account Management.

Good knowledge of

MS Excel and Email communication

Must be

responsible, detail-oriented and able to handle clients independently.

Negotiable based on experience. Long-term, in-office role in a growing consultancy. Mentorship under a

Govt. Certified GST Practitioner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
