Key Responsibilities:
Manage seller accounts on platforms like
Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, etc.
Handle product uploads, order tracking, return disputes, catalog optimization
Manage e-commerce reconciliations and payment follow-ups
Communicate professionally with e-commerce portals and clients
Maintain accurate records and reports for sellers
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any specialization.
Minimum 6 months experience in E-Commerce Account Management.
Good knowledge of
MS Excel and Email communication
Must be
responsible, detail-oriented and able to handle clients independently.
