We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
E-Commerce Account Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will manage order processing, inventory updates, and ensure smooth coordination between platforms, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
day-to-day order processing
across marketplaces (Amazon, Meesho, etc.)
Manage
inventory updates
, stock levels, and product availability
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor return orders and resolve related issues
Maintain listings accuracy and product details
Support in planning promotions and campaigns
Generate daily/weekly sales and performance reports
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in
e-commerce account handling or operations
Strong knowledge of marketplaces like
Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, etc.
Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
