Job description
The E-commerce Marketplace Channel Manager will create and manage product listings, product advertisements on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Myntra, Shopclues, Flipkart, etc., and grow sales in these channels to meet overarching company goals.

Tasks & Activities-
1. Product Listing and Management:
# Create and update product listings on the e-commerce platform, including product descriptions, images, prices, and availability.
# Ensure accuracy and consistency in product information across all listings.
2. Inventory Management:
# Monitor and manage product inventory levels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
# Coordinate with relevant teams to restock products in a timely manner.
3. Order Processing:
# Process customer orders, including order confirmation, tracking, and fulfillment.
# Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
4. Customer Support:
# Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through the e-commerce platform's communication channels.
# Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, returns, and exchanges.
5. Platform Maintenance:
# Regularly update and maintain the e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience for customers.
# Work on improvements to optimize site performance, navigation, and functionality.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
# Analyze sales, traffic, and customer behavior data to identify trends and insights.
# Generate regular reports to inform decision-making and strategy.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
