Key Responsibilities:

-Manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)

-Update product information, prices, descriptions, and images as required

-Handle day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination

-Respond to customer queries, returns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

-Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role Must have basic computer knowledge Good communication skills
