Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated

E-Commerce Executive

to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations on platforms such as

Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify

, ensuring smooth functioning of product listings, inventory management, order processing, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing) Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, stock updates, and dispatch Handle order processing, returns, and customer service coordination Monitor inventory across platforms and prevent stockouts or overstock Analyze daily/weekly sales performance and generate reports using

Microsoft Excel

Ensure listings comply with platform guidelines and maintain account health Plan and implement promotional campaigns, deals, and offers on e-commerce platforms Communicate with platform account managers and support teams as required Research competitors, trends, and pricing strategies to optimize listings and increase visibility
