The Assistant to E-Commerce will support the company's online business operations through detailed research and analysis. The role focuses on preparing market research reports, analyzing e-commerce performance, identifying new product opportunities, and providing valuable insights from customer feedback and seasonal demand trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
market research reports
to track industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
Perform
e-commerce data analysis
to evaluate sales performance, customer behavior, and product trends.
Research
new product opportunities
based on market demand, competition, and supplier availability.
Analyze
customer reviews and feedback
to identify improvement areas and enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor
regional and seasonal demand trends
to support inventory planning and promotional strategies.
Prepare clear, concise reports and present insights to management for decision-making.
Assist with general e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing updates, and digital marketing support when needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and research abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently.
