e-Commerce Operations Assistant

to join our team! If you're detail-oriented, love managing online workflows, and thrive in a fast-paced digital retail environment -- this one's for you! You'll support the smooth running of our online stores, from order processing to inventory updates and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Process

and manage

daily orders

across

platforms

like Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq & Ajio Monitor and

update stock levels

to avoid out-of-stock situations Create, update & maintain product listings (descriptions, images, pricing & promotions)

Handle customer queries

, returns, exchanges & complaints -- keeping satisfaction high

File claims

for fraudulent returns & resolve order discrepancies Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely shipping & accurate deliveries Maintain records for orders, inventory & customer communications

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in e-Commerce operations (fashion/lifestyle a plus!) Hands-on with platforms like Shopify, Myntra, Amazon, etc. Strong attention to detail & organization skills Solid communication (written & verbal) Basic knowledge of inventory & fulfillment workflows
