eCommerce Architect/Engineering Project Manager

Description for Internal Candidates :

- An eCommerce Architect having 7+ years of overall experience with at least 2 years of dedicated experience in architecting applications in eCommerce using any cloud architecture.

- Responsibilities and qualifications are given below

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates :

- Work with client stakeholders to understand business drivers, ensure usability, scalability and satisfaction and act as liaison between the client, technical and design teams

- Provide direction to the implementation teams on all technical aspects when support is required and provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting system requirements

- Lead workshops for solution design and architecture

- Collaborate with Delivery Managers in project delivery planning, applying knowledge of the requirements and past project delivery experience to help identify risks and prioritize tasks

- Ensure quality and relevance of user requirements, functional specifications and technical specifications to ensure projects are delivered successfully

- Support of all team members to develop their technical and eCommerce domain knowledge

- Collaborate with remote delivery teams

- Background in software development, craftmanship processes, tools and measurements

- Positive attitude, team-oriented approach with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates :

- Between 7+ years of overall experience with at least 2 years of dedicated experience in architecting applications in eCommerce using any cloud architecture.

- Experience with Java/J2EE frameworks, Web development and REST APIs/microservices development (Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Rest)

- Experience with CI-CD (Git, Jenkins Pipeline, Groovy Scripts), and Internet security standards for B2C

- Experience in using build tools like Gradle or Maven

- Experience in Solr/Elastic Search

- Knowledge in data modelling, defining APIs and contract

- Knowledge of Cloud Services and Cloud platforms and provide working knowledge of DevOps CI-CD pipeline on Azure, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes., Etc.

- Strong understanding and experience in Spring MVC, Design Patterns, SOA.

- Good working knowledge of relational databases like MS Sql, Oracle etc.

- Experience in Agile/Waterfall implementations
